This site is deliberately simple and privacy-friendly. Everything can be read without leaving any data behind.

No tracking

EvAluate places no tracking, marketing or analytics cookies and loads no external trackers. The fonts are hosted on the site's own server too, so no IP address is sent to a third party for them. The site does not store any other data in the browser.

What data is processed

• The data sent along when making contact by email or LinkedIn: name, message and contact details. This data is used only to reply and, if work results from the contact, to carry out that work.
• Technical server logs of the hosting provider (such as IP address and time), needed to run and secure the site. These logs are not used to track visitors.

Legal basis: the performance of or preparation for an engagement, and the legitimate interest in answering questions and keeping the site secure (Article 6 GDPR). No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Retention and security

Data is kept no longer than necessary, or than required by law, for example for tax records. The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and data is processed within the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to data portability. A message to alban@evaluateai.nl is enough. A response follows as soon as possible and in any case within one month. In case of a dispute, a complaint can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
